Mark is a highly skilled,fully diversified Information Technology executive with over twenty years of quality experience in executive management and consulting. A specialist in change and implementing new system and business initiatives. Experienced in Strategic Planning,Technology Planning,System Selection and Implementation,and Management Consulting. Strong in Technology Infrastructure planning,including hardware selection,LAN/WAN and personal productivity tool implementation. Extremely strong business experience and skills,particularly in Consumer and Industrial Products,Manufacturing and Logistics,and Not-For-Profits.

Mark has been CIO/CTO/EVP of companies ranging from Internet startups to Fortune 100. He has been CIO of a division of a major apparel company,VP of Global Technology &Operations for a Fortune 100 company,CIO of a mid-sized consumer products company,and an IT consultant for 6 years. He has successfully implemented ERP systems,including SAP,downsized a major IT organization,fixed a totally dysfunctional Fortune 500 IT organization,and run one of the largest E-Commerce B2B internet sites in the world. Early in Mark’s career,he was Planning Manager for a business unit of a Fortune 100 company,so he knows how IT must be responsive to the business and customers.

He received a BS degree in Computer Science from Columbia University and an MS degree in Management Science from University of California at Berkeley. He is also SAP certified.
